We are deeply guided by the enduring principles of Native American Lena Doctor Tiger. Her compassion, grace, kindness, and generosity were powerful virtues that uplifted both individuals and entire communities. Through her quiet strength, she gave selflessly—always helping others without expecting anything in return.

Lena fostered empathy, healing, and human decency in a world that so deeply needs it. Her legacy lives on in us. We are truly committed to carrying forward her spirit, united in purpose, and devoted to being a beacon of hope in times of need.

ABOUT US

Here at Disaster Sources Lena D. Tiger Foundation, we support individuals and families through life’s toughest moments. As a nonprofit organization, we provide free hurricane and winter supplies to vulnerable communities, along with food boxes for families experiencing food insecurity and hot meals for those facing homelessness. Through compassion, strong partnerships, and the generosity of our donors, we are here before, during, and after disasters occur.

Our mission is to deliver hope, relief, and resilience in times of crisis.
